Reagan is a 15 month old female purebred golden retriever. She comes with her AKC papers from NC. Her owner surrendered Reagan because she started beating up on Riley the other golden retriever in the family. It turns out Reagan was adopted when she was 5 weeks old and Riley was adopted from another litter when he was 6 weeks old. Though they were not from the same littler it seems they began having sibling rivalry as they grew up and Reagan became more dominant. So we needed to find her a new home. She got along great with the former owners son’s male golden retriever she just didn’t like Riley. So with that in mind we found a great new home for her where she will be the only furry critter in the house. She’ll have a great new mom and dad and an 8 year old human sister to teach her all about the joys of family life. In addition, she will have another pet in which to share her home, but he’s a Beta Fish and in her world that’s okay – she’s still the only one with fur!
