I am a 2 or 3 year old girl golden all the way from Turkey. I came on a plane with other homeless goldens. I was the most “red” one I think which , of course, is a totally beautiful color to be! Just like the color of leaves in the Fall. I went to stay (just for a while) with a foster family and three other goldens. Now when a family has three dogs already you know there is not much of a chance they’ll adopt another one. But what I didn’t remember was that the family that WILL take another one is a very special family! They could see that they needed me to even things up-two red dogs and two blond dogs. Two boys, two girls. We are quite a beautiful ensemble. So my “just for a while” stay became my new home. My sister and me take turns napping on top of Dad in his chair. We keep him warm. It’s a very important job for a dog. Thank you to friends in Turkey and friends at AGA and a huge thank you to Sue and Sandy Schwartz for being my very own sponsors. Love you lots, Red Ryder
