Reeces (like Reeces pieces) is an 8 year old female purebred golden who is calm and mild mannered and came into our program with Nicholas. This pair comes from South Florida where they were living outside 24/7 in the heat and rain, they also both had heartworms. However, thanks to the Pinkston family both of them are now healthy. Nicholas was recently adopted and now it is Reeces’ turn. We tried for over 6 months to keep this pair together but wasn’t working so we decided that as long as they had a loving home and weren’t left alone and had another dog to share their lives with, they could be separated. Nicholas had his wish fulfilled and now Reeces dream is coming true too. While Nicholas may always be her first case of puppy love, Reeces has a new man in her life – and a new mom too. Now Reeces is receiving all the love life has to offer. Mom certainly adores her golden loves and Flounder, her new golden man, is happy to have Reeces at his side.
