Rhett, a 4 year old male golden, was picked up as a stray and no one came to claim him. He had a few scratches on his face so we think he may have encountered some trouble during his travels. A sweet boy who was only 24 hours from death Rhett now has a home and a family of his own. Rhett’s new mom grew up with goldens. Now that she has a house with a big fenced in yard it was time for a golden of her own. Rhett shares the house with two cats but they all already love each other. Mom comes home from work everyday at lunch time to eat with Rhett and spend some quality time. She also has lots of animal lover friends in the neighborhood so Rhett gets to go on play dates and hang out with other doggies. With only a few hours of life left Rhett’s luck sure did change. We are all so happy that we were able to help Rhett find his forever home and a family that will never ever let him go.
