Sir Rockford or “Rock” for short came to us because his master recently died. He was only in his 40’s and took Rock with him everywhere he went. They were constant companions. We were asked to find Rock a new home and we found him a great one. Rock was adopted along with Grover at this past adoption day by a big family with 5 kids, 4 girls and 1 boy. While the girls fell in love with Grover the little boy was convinced Rock was his man. Mom and dad felt a special bond with both dogs, and after they saw how well Grover and Rock got along, and how happy the kids were, they decided their home and their hearts were surely big enough for two dogs. Since Grover is just a little puppy, and he is basically un-trained, Rock has agreed to help Grover master his commands. He is a very good brother and Grover just adores him, everyone does. Rockford will always have a special place in his heart for his original master but he could not be happier to call this family his forevers!!!
