How many dogs can say that their new mom is very famous? Not many I’ll bet! My mom is a good friend of AGA and does artist things for them. See that picture on the website of the AGA logo? Did you see the “Sparkles” book with all the neat drawings? Yep- that’s just a few of the things I’m talking about. Of course I can’t forget that I have a new dad too- after all this is kind of a girly house because I have two kid sisters besides mom. Dad and me are planning some man stuff like “guys night out”. My family had another golden before me that went to be an angel not too long ago. They just couldn’t get used to that empty spot in their home so they came looking for me because their golden angel boy said it was time. I came all the way from Mississippi to be their new boy. Everyone says I am about five years old. Before I could think seriously about a new family the new doctor said I had heartworms. That was a big disappointment and a worry until a man angel named Michael Gleason sent me the $500 for my medicine. I think my family’s angel dog found him for me. Oh, yeah, you’re going to like this! Guess what my new name is now? It’s Chili Dog! My kids named me and I think it’s a great name because I am just about the same color as one!
