I am 8 years old having spent the first 6 years as a breeding dog down in south Georgia.  Then I retired and went to live for a year with a family  in Florida.  Now I’m back in GA and AGA helped me start a new life. You see, my owner in Florida said I was afraid of the thunderstorms there and then, when she moved, found I couldn’t manage a lot of steps.  It was because she gave me medicine and it made walking steps hard!  My breeder/owner said storms were not that big of a problem and manageable.  Well, I was adopted but my thunder-phobia was too much for my new family to take on.  AGA is helping me with my thunder problem and I’m working with a great trainer who says I’m doing so well.  He says I’m a great dog and I’m really trying hard to get better during storms.  I am sweet, like older kids, dogs, have perfect house manners, walks well on a leash and am a good girl.  I found a real home now where people will help me settle in and be my new family.  It’s all been a little confusing but I am ready for this. Love, Rose
