I came to AGA from another family. I was with them for all of my 9 years. I thought it was the kind of life every dog had but now I know differently. Only very unlucky dogs have to live alone in a pen outside and don’t get medicine to prevent heartworms and ear infections and don’t get any exercise so they get too big. I was one of those very unlucky dogs until they sent me to AGA. I had heartworms and I weighed 10 pounds too much and I can’t hear anything. I missed never having any attention (which I really love) and altogether, I had a sad, sad life. AGA got me all healthy again and found me a new family with 3 kids and a boy dog who used to be an orphan too! I have a nice yard with a fence but no cage. I can play out there but I don’t have to live out there. I am a part of this family and I can’t thank everyone enough for this chance. My message to everyone is do not have a dog that you leave outside. It’s a terrible life and can lead to only bad things. It’s just being very unkind and not fair at all. Love you all , Roxy
