Rushmore is an 8- 9 year old male golden retriever who is a huge cuddlebug. He is one of the most handsome goldens, big and majestic! He shake hands, knows his commands and is housebroken. When Rushmore first came to us he had heartworms, but thanks to our friends at Dekalb Tire those nasty things are gone. Now Rushmore is in in his new home getting and giving lots of love to make up for all he missed. Mom and dad have a little 3 year old girl that Rushmore is crazy about – she’s crazy about him too. Rush loves to carry a stuffed animal around and we’re sure in no time he’ll be sharing it with his new sister. She and Rush are a real pair. Rushmore has two cats to play with too and he really likes cats. Rushmore, the cats, and his new sister will enjoy playtime in the yard, walks in the neighborhood and lots of summer adventures together.
