Sam, a 5 year old purebred male golden, had a terrible beginning – his first 3 years he was tied to a tree in a backyard. Then a nice family adopted him but they found out he has some allergies and couldn’t afford his medicine. He was looking for a forever home – somewhere he could stay forever. A family came to adoption day and was looking for a small female golden. They walked past Sam and turned around and sat down. It only took Sam a few minutes to wrap them around his paw. His new Mom and Dad were sold — he was the one. Today, Sam shares his new home with 3 cats and loves when the grandkids visit. And, he loves his godmother too. Yep, they wanted a small female golden. Sam must have had our small female golden retriever costume on!
