Meet Sammy – a male golden retriever who is about 1-2 years old. Sammy was recently brought into a shelter by a man who had been given Sammy by a friend who couldn’t keep him. Sammy is a very friendly guy. He appears to have lived most of his life outside and really loves the outdoors. Luckily, Sammy was just adopted into a forever home with big fenced in yard so he will be able to run free but be sure to come back inside when play time is over. Sammy’s new forever mom and dad are just great. In addition to Sammy, they plan to adopt a Ridgeback so Sammy will have a brother and a playmate. But in the meantime Sammy is loving being the center of attention. He’s also getting used to life indoors, which is easy to do when you have a big comfy dog bed and lots of fun toys to play with. Things are looking pretty golden these days for this guy. Sammy’s got it so good he’s playing to stay with this family forever!
