Shadow Trenton is a purebred male golden retriever who is 2 years old. He was bought from a breeder in Tennessee by a family who subsequently had children and felt they couldn’t care for him any longer so he was given to their mother. The mother already had 2 dogs and Shadow proved to be way too much to handle as he is quite active as you would expect a typical 2 year old to be. Unfortunately, he had not been to a vet in a couple of years and had heartworms because he was not put on heartworm preventative. Now he thanks Porsha Clevenger for sponsoring him through his treatment. Well now it’s no more bouncing for Shadow….. He was adopted by a wonderful couple. They lost their golden Duke a few years ago and missed having a dog in their life. Both mom and dad work part time so Shadow will always be with one of them. Dad will take Shadow to work with him as he works out of a house with a large fenced back yard as a psychiatrist half the week and Shadow’s new mom is a judge who will be with him the rest of the week. Shadow Trenton will have his activity level satiated by these avid daily walkers and with ball throwing sessions in the yard at work. Sounds like this boy is going to have a wonderful life with his new mom and dad and the only bouncing in his future will be that of a tennis play!
