Sherlock, a 1-2 year old male golden, was picked up as a stray and no one came to claim him. A loveable guy, Sherlock has a new mom and dad and wonderful new home. He also has two boys, ages 11 and 4, and one 5 year old girl. Sherlock’s definitely got his paws full but he loves having little humans to care for and they couldn’t be more excited to have Sherlock around. Sherlock is the family’s first dog. The kids grew up with their aunt and uncle’s 9 year old lab but ever since they moved away it become clear that this family needed a dog of their own. When the 14 year old family cat passed away the family began their doggie search. Sherlock was a perfect fit. Mom is a nurse so she’s very nurturing and Sherlock keeps her company during the weekdays when the kids are at school. He also spends lots of time in the big fenced in yard running around and playing ball. Sherlock finally found his forever home and a family that will never let him go.
