This is Snowcone, a 3 year old purebred Great Pyrenees who is one of the largest dogs we have taken into the program. He is 137 pounds of pure love. He just appeared one day at someone’s house, stayed around for a couple of weeks until the homeowner took him to the shelter – then of course we went and got him. We found a great foster home for him and Snow Cone thought it was so great he decided he wasn’t leaving. After just a short while his foster mom agreed. He finally has his forever home – mom knew she just couldn’t let this big cuddlebug go – besides it’s summertime, everyone needs a Snowcone.
