Sugar is a female Great Pyrenees that we found in a North Georgia kill shelter. She was scared but would still groom all the dogs she met. When she first came to us she was still scared, but she was safe. Now she has a wonderful mom and dad who know just how to help this sweet girl get over her fears. The last dog they “rescued” stayed in the closet for a week, then slowly but surely began to trust them. Before long, we know that Sugar will realize that she has the best new parents a sweet girl could want. Parents that love her and are dedicated to her happiness. Mom and dad already report that she is adjusting well and just wants to be where they are all the time. She loves car rides and even did great at her last vet appointment. Her new mom and dad are doctors, so we know that all of her needs – both physical and emotional – will always be well met. Sugar is a kind soul and has finally found someone (or a couple of someones) that deserve her!
