Thurber is a 10 week golden pup with a hint of Great Pyrenees in him (we think). When he lost an eye after being attacked by a big dog Thurber’s owner brought him to the ER and told them to put him down because she couldn’t pay for his care. They refused and she signed the pup over to the ER. The vet had to remove his eye. Thurber is healing just fine and now that he has been adopted into a wonderful forever family we know Thurber will have an especially golden forever. Thurber’s new forever home is great. He has a big back yard and a swimming pool. He’s also got a big brother Max who is a Golden Samoyed mix. Max has been showing Thurber the ropes of family life and Thurber seems to adore every minute of it. He has a stay at home mom to teach him his basic obedience and two children, Alix and Miles, to grow old with. Dad is great too. Even with one with eye Thurber can clearly see, life is good!!
