Trump is a 13 month old male purebred golden retriever who’s previous owner lost her husband and is going through financially difficulty. This guy proved to be your typical young golden who loved his toys and loved to swim! In fact, Trump dives to the bottom of the pool to retrieve toys that sink. We promised his owner we would find Trump a pool to swim in with some golden brothers or sisters. Well, Trump is one lucky boy. He was adopted by previous adopters who adopted Beaumont (the $9,000 hip replacement dog) two years ago. Beau lives with Piper a small sheltie but yearned for a bigger friend to play with – in came Trump. From the first meeting these dogs were BFFs. They act like they have known each other for years. Mom even reported that the first night Beau slept next to Trump with his paw on his paw. Little Piper is fine and happy that Beau has a bigger friend to wrestle with and to go swimming with backyard pool. Shelties aren’t into swimming you know. Now everyone is happy and Trump still has his pool!
