I’m 5 and I came to AGA not knowing very much-except how to escape from the farm where I used to live. I was just looking for some company- goldens do not like being alone, I didn’t get much attention and was on my own a lot. I didn’t even get the medicine I needed every month to keep some bad worms from getting in my heart. A mean mosquito bit me and “BINGO” , I had heartworms. What a bummer! Thank goodness the Bucholz family, in memory of their golden boy, Duke, sent the $500 I needed for some special medicine so I could get rid of them. Now I know that angels really are all around.! My happy ending is a real family with a mom and dad, another AGA “black” dog three girls and a new cousin dog called a Great Dane puppy. I have a feeling he is going to be BIG! Thanks to all you golden lovers for helping me to be healthy and to not be homeless anymore. Your friend, Tucker
