My mom and dad are both teachers at a place called University. That’s a school for grown-ups. They can talk like the people in my first country and I can understand everything they say. I think they are going to teach me English too! Then I will be by-ling-ull someone said. That means you can talk and understand two languages. Pretty neat, huh? Either mom or dad will take turns staying home with me and that’s going to be a good arrangement. I’ll never have to be left alone hardly at all. In Turkey, I was owned by a breeder person and my job was to have puppies. All of that is over and now I’m going to be the very special girl of my new mom and dad and they will be my special parents.
