Waldo, a 2 year old male golden, was constantly being beaten up by another unneutered male dog in the family. His family refused to have the dogs neutered and Waldo had bite wounds all on his backside. Waldo needed a home where he could finally feel save and loved, and now he’s got it! Waldo’s new mom and dad are real dog lovers. They also have a 13 year old Tibetan Spaniel, Ripley, and a 5 year old golden retriever, Dexter. Dexter is also rescue dog, so he has been showing Waldo the ropes of family life. Mom works from home so she’s around a lot to spoil the dogs with tasty treats and lots of belly rubs. Waldo has become very comfortable in his new home. He loves being part of a family and having nice brothers is the best. He’s even been eyeing the swimming pool, and by summertime we’re sure he will be swimming and splashing around with the other dogs. Finally Waldo has a home where he can let his guard down, and know he will be loved forever. Now maybe those worry lines will fade, and memories of his first 2 years will be but a bad dream!
