Zephyr is a 7 year old female golden mix who adores cats! She has raised kittens. She was adopted from a Golden Retriever Rescue in California when she was 12 weeks old and had lived with Mom and her older golden brother ever since. Mom had to move to Atlanta to live with her family and their 3 dogs and their 3 kids including a 7 month old baby. That was a little too much change for Zephyr. She loves the 3 other dogs and grew up with 4 cats, but she just doesn’t like that baby crawling around. The baby was scaring her to death when she would sneak up behind her and pull her hair to say hi. She was also worried about her canine brother who has cancer so she was just very unhappy. Mom felt the best thing was to find Zephyr a new home where she could be happy, so we did! Now Zephyr has a new mom. Sadly, mom recently had to say goodbye to her Weatherby. He was an AGA alumni so mom came back to us to rescue another golden. When she met Zephyr at adoption day she feel in love and when they met again she fell for her all over again. Now Zep is feeling right at home with her family of cats, no babies and lying on the sofa taking in a golden snooze with mom!
