Join us on Sunday, June 1st, for Adopt a Golden Atlanta’s Meet & Greet event, a special opportunity for approved adopters, those in the process, or anyone considering adoption to meet our incredible golden orphans in person. Whether you’re already approved or just beginning to explore the idea of adoption, this event is designed to help you connect, ask questions, and take the next step toward welcoming a golden into your life.
Here’s what to expect:
– Approved and pending adopters will be directed upstairs at check-in to meet the orphans.
– Walk-ins are welcome! You’ll check in downstairs and have a chance to meet with a volunteer who can help you start an application on-site.
– Walk-ins will be brought upstairs in small groups throughout the event to meet the dogs once space allows.
Don’t have an application on file yet?
We encourage all attendees to submit an adoption application before the event. If you do not, that’s okay! We can help you fill one out in person before you meet the orphans! We’ll guide you every step of the way.
Please Remember:
– No on-site adoptions will take place; all matches go through our official approval process.
– For safety and comfort, please leave personal pets and outside treats at home.
– Come with an open heart, these dogs are ready to find love, and maybe it’s you!
